How do I find a secure and comfortable fit?

Gently flex the C-bridge to fit your ear and choose the M or L ear wing. Adjust the earbud up or down until the sound nozzle points toward your ear canal. If it feels loose, try the larger ear wing. Getting used to the fit may take some time.

What are the best use scenarios for AeroClip?

AeroClip is useful when you want to stay aware of your surroundings, such as walking, running, commuting, working in the office, or relaxing at home. With its open-ear design, sound may seem quieter in noisy environments like subways and gyms.

How can I optimize the sound quality and volume?

Align the sound outlet with your ear canal and ensure the nozzle is clean, then explore EQ settings in the app. Android: Enable Developer mode and check the Bluetooth settings for volume sync. Apple: Check whether Reduce Loud Sounds is enabled.

How can I keep my earbuds performing at their best?

Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds are clean, and that the charging pins on the case are clean and unobstructed. If needed, reset the earbuds in the case and check for firmware updates in the soundcore app.

How can I get clearer call quality?

The open-ear design means calls are more affected by wind and background noise. Move to a quieter place, update firmware, and wear left/right earbuds correctly—reversing them moves the mic farther from your mouth. On Windows, use Hands-free mode.
