Delicious healthy noodles because they are aired dry not fried. Great quality for these noodles to eat wet or dry. Cooks up really fast! Yes in 3 minutes once in a pot of boiling water. Longer if you don't desire "al dente" Asian noodles. Sauces are included to add to each pack. You can add your own broth to make it wet soup noodles😋 It's your preference😋

Better than cheap grocery store ramen. Pricier, but better. We doll them up with dehydrated soup vegetables, sometimes an egg. Quite tasty.
