Insert long screw through left hand side of leather band (note: use a screw extenders to lengthen screw)2. Before inserting any keys onto the long screw, place one of the wavy black key rings on top (different from the standard spacers)3. Place your first key on top of the wavy black key ring 4. Place a standard 12mm black spacer on top of your first key5. Place your second key followed by another standard black key spacer6. Repeat this process until you have placed all of your keys and black spacers7. On your last key, place a Spring Ring(with the wider side facing in) instead of a black spacer8. Place the other side of the leather band over the Spring Ring, inserting the shorter screw through the leather band and Spring Ring9. Push the shorter screw down and compress the entire keychain with your fingers until you can screw the screws from both ends together (note: if you are unable to perform step 9, it means that your screws are too short and you need to add a screw extender)

Cheap Plastic CRAP Passed Off As Leather!
This is some cheap flimsy plastic and NOT leather as advertised. The box it came is is worth more than this crap! The key holder cannot even hold its shape. Definitely NOT money’s worth.

Functionality
Looks good but screw came lose at least once a week unless I tightened it every few days. I don’t think the spring and wavy washer do much.

Fell apart in my pocket
The idea is nice; but, it is confusing and difficult to set up. Once I finally looked back on the amazon for a picture since there’s no directions in the box I got it set up. It lasted a day and it wasn’t my favorite and then the next day it came apart in my pocket. I returned it today. Getting an orbitkey instead.

Awesome product if you want to store your keys.
I liked that it was so useful for all the keys.
