This gel cushion is a totally different level head and shoulder above the common ones out there. It is a bit expensive but for obvious reasons and you get what you pay for. First, this is a real gel not foam. It doesn't leak. Extremely comfortable. Cushy yet supportive. As a long time user for 10s of cushions, I can positively say that this is the best one I ever used. It was a great relief for my back pain specially with long hours of sitting.

If you need a seat cushion that won't deflate and you can sit for many hours on, and I have tried so many, this is the best you will find.

Purchased for an office chair to help relieve leg pain. Has been great.

so nice. my only wish is that the didn't leave the cut out for the tailbone. Because all it has is a strip of Velcro across the back to link it together and it keeps coming apart a little then tailbone cutout widens and I start to fall thru. But I wouldn't trade this cushion for the world. I been trying different one for years and it is the only one so far that has made my hiney happy. I have hip pain and this helps lessen it. It was well worth it the cost!!

Due to the particular disability that I have, this cushion did not work for me and unfortunately I had to return it. However, this is a quality made cushion and would probably relieve a lot of other conditions. The gel is very "cushy" and supports your body well. GEL United is an outstanding company who want their customers to be satisfied. They really worked with me in the return process. Even though it didn't work for me; it is still a five star product.
