Works, easy to clean and beautiful on the counter!

This is a well made kettle. It heats water quickly and quietly, and the blue light is a great feature for my mother who is deaf. She can see when the kettle has finished boiling the water. Highly recommend this kettle to anyone looking for an easy-to-use electric kettle.

It's a nice kettle, easy and convenient to use. The one I have recently bought is a already my third kettle of the same brand. Two previous ones worked great for about three years each.

My original purchase was working great for 8 months and all of a sudden stopped working. We use this thing at least twice a day, everyday. I called customer service and although it was past the warranty, they made an exception and replaced it! I'm happy to have a new product and I appreciate the customer service and warranty policy of the manufacturer.

Pros: Heats water quickly. Blue light is a gentle, easy reminder that it's on. Water pours smoothly with no splashing. Cons: The lid doesn't open far enough with the strainer on to easily put under a water spigot. It's 'doable' but could be easier. Other: I've only had water, so I don't have any comment on the strainer performance

We love this electric tea kettle. It heats up so quickly and it’s very large! I wish it were easier to clean/access, but it’s been okay. I would absolutely buy again.

I gave this as a gift to my mom and she loves it. She uses it to make tea.

This is the second time the small plastic connectors at the top of the handle have broken away, rendering the pot useless. No matter how well it heats, if those tiny connectors separate from the rest of the handle, the pot is only fit for the trash can. I gave this pot a second chance by already buying a replacement glass carafe; not again. I'm off to search for a better designed electric tea pot.
