NutriSource Small & Medium Breed Puppy Dry Dog Food, 4 lb

My puppy loves this food. It doesn’t have a strong odor and it is not oily like a lot of other dry dog foods. I mix this with the same brand of soft food and my dog gobbles it up every time. The size is small enough and puppy was also able to chew fine after he got his puppy teeth removed. Never had any digestive issues.

My toy poodle puppy, Tater, has been eating this food since he’s 10 weeks old, and he absolutely loves it! He is now 21 weeks old. When I got him at 8 weeks old, he was eating purina puppy chow, and the pieces were too big for him so I would wet the food. When I started him on Nutrisource just one to two weeks after getting him from his breeder, I had to wet the food also, but the smaller pieces have been so much easier for him to eat. The quality is excellent, the pieces are hard, but if you wet them, they soften up well. Tater absolutely lives his food now! He eats it all without begging for anything else so he must find it delicious! I no longer wet his food and he eats it all ok!

Great food for my little 5 lb Teddybear puppy. The kibble is very small, around 3/16" x 3/8" or 5mm x 10mm or about the size of a large rat's turd. I feed her 20g per meal and the small bag lasts around 2 weeks.

This dog food was recommended to us by our dog’s breeder. We have used it exclusively and are very happy with it, and our dog loves it. When we order it, the maker of NutriSource ships it out to us right away and we have it in our possession within a week. Also the NutriSource dog treats are very good too. Only 3 calories per piece.

The dog food is great, expensive but highly recommended by the rescue from which we adopted our dog. However, delivery is a different story altogether. The box arrived ripped open on both ends and there was a hole/tear in the bag the size of a softball. We dumped a sizeable portion on the floor when we lifted the bag out of the box. Wondering how much was lost out of the bag and box before it arrived ...

My mother retired after spending her lifetime in the petfood industry. From the first Purina product to the latest Royal Canin, she's sold alot of petfood and seen good companies go cheaper for profit. She feeds this to her dog so I do too. For the price, obviously you can go cheaper but sacrifice quality and the sky is the limit for expensive. The price of this product works for me so long as the veternairy bills down the road are less. My dog's stools are a little on the harder side but I give him plenty of time to do his dooty so, it works for me.
