Poor finish, locks not great
Crate is sturdy and has kept my dog from escaping. Two things that need improvement are noisy door locks that I don't quite trust and the finish has been easily scratched off by my 28lb dog. It did arrive a bit later than hoped, and has a couple dings in the frame from shipping - but these are cosmetic/preference issues. (unless those dents rust or become weak). Where the finish is coming off down to the metal really concerns me - is looking rusty already. Either the paint was defective or the finish not applied well. It shouldn't just flake off when my small dog scratches at it. An okay product but not impressed for the money.

This is a mixed review
I had an incredibly intelligent, 4 year old,90 lb. German Shepherd with severe separation/anxiety issues.I was shown this crate and immediately pegged the locking hasps as the weakness. I was right, she broke out through the food door, because she figured out how to open the locks. A set of Carabiners will stop Most dogs from being able to open the hasp/locks. My dog did escape, but Gelinzon was quick, courteous and polite as they quickly handled my claim. It is not a bad crate at all. My dog was outside the norm. If you have THAT type of dog, please learn from my mistakes. Gelinzon that you for your assistance.

Gelizon dog crate
I had some issues with my order but their customer service was exceptional as they played intermediary between myself and the Gelizon company. They worked out a great outcome for me.

Great design Excellent Customer Service, Missed on Quality Control Measures
Customer service was excellent and more than willing to resolve this issue.THE BADWhen it arrived it had a dent in the bottom bar that runs the length of the cage. The door is crooked and the latch is also crooked. It is clear that the bottom of the door has enough clearance to swing freely, while the top of the door is touching the frame. The latch being crooked means that the door will not close unless it is pushed in with a good amount of force. With that being the case the finish has been scrapped off and does not look great. The worst part is the door because I have to use it to let my dog in and out every time of course. The last issue that I have with this cage is that one of the four support bars was broken off upon arrival. The support beams are held in place with 2 small spot welds that are about the size of a pea.THE GOODThe design is awesome! I love the small door built into the entire door frame. It allows for me to get a bowl in and out of the cage without having to open the entire door itself. The top swinging door is a great idea I love and this has no issues what so ever. I like the latches that are on this product, easy to operate but there is no way that the dog can open the latches. Putting the cage together can be done with one person but, it is much easier with 2 people putting it together.I give it a 3 out of 5 due to the fact that the customer service was excellent so I added a star to the overall score.

It's a waste of money!
The guy in my house is a Husky, who could be very energetic sometimes. So we wanted to keep him in a cage. Unfortunately this didn't work, he almost destroyed half of our home after buying this cage. This cage didn't lock him but it was more like his toy. He could open the lock whenever he wanted to, and the paint on the cage started falling off already. We are very annoyed by this. It's a waste of money!

Very Sturdy, perfect fir escape artists!
The media could not be loaded. Β I love this dog crate! I have had it for a couple months now and it is huge and fits both my German Shepherd and Husky comfortably! My Husky is an escape artist and would chew his way out of those low budget wire crates you can get at walmart, target, petsmart, etc....so I had to find a more expensive option and this is heavy duty steel! Its tall, so they can both stand up and walk around comfortably without ducking, and the latches on this thing are heavy duty! He has not escaped once! He knows he has been defeated by this thing hahaha! Only issue is that I had to zip tie the top portion of the crate because that latch didnt really hold my husky well. I put them in there and all he did was stand up and jiggle the top latch around with his nose and he could escape from the top. Other than that the zip ties hold the top well and I thank you amazon for showing my stubborn husky who's boss! πππ

Dog's leg can get caught in grate space without a pad.
Well made, however, my chocholate lab got his foot caught in the grate space. I have padded it but remember pads can be moved by the dog or played with etc.

It was easy to put together
This crate is so strong, I call it a tiger cage. It was easy to put together.....the only thing is it weighs 70 lbs...but it's fantastic...and even comes with wheels....Update..I've had this create now for 5 months, and my dog hasn't done any damage whatsoever. In fact, she doesn't even try to get out anymore...she knows she can't... Just ordered a second one for my new rescue, who's an escape artist and has destroyed her hard plastic create with metal door... She was able to actually pull the metal for right out of the crate... I have to zip tie it everytime or else she can get our. I can't wait for the new "tiger cage" to arrive in a few days! You just can't go wrong with this crate!
