Great computer n customer service
Great customer service. I got the 1st computer n it wouldn't update windows. I tried everything. I contacted customer service and they had me do a refund n I ordered a new one and this one works great.

Defective, modified
Product was unable to get past startup upon powering on. Would freeze, restart, provide an error code, restart, freeze again. Tried troubleshooting with basic measures before calling HP for support. Was told by HP that Amazon isn’t one of their certified sellers, and after analyzing my invoice informed me that my unit was a modified one and they would not be able to assist with troubleshooting. Return process initiated same day that I received it via UPS.

Pro-Tech worked hard to help solve a problem and provided a refund quickly.
The computer had an issue on the operating system several days after I set the computer up. Pro-Tech offered help to solve the issue which was very welcome and fast. They kept in touch with me as I tried to isolate the issue and was eventually able to figure out a glitch in the operating system. They allowed me to get another computer and time to set up and return the original unit to them. In 3 days the refund for the original unit was issued. I have nothing but praise for Pro-Tech.
