Great smaller size treadmill
When it arrived, it was very easy and quick to put together. Most of it was already put together and just needed a few screws put in. Now let me start by saying this is perfect for me because I am short. I am only 5’2 and 120lbs. I knew this treadmill was a little bit smaller, but that was what I was looking for. The screen is easy to read and program. This treadmill does not make much noise at all and is very quiet. It does incline nicely and so far I put the speed up to 3.6 and it works perfectly. I use this for walking everyday (I don’t run/jog). This has been a great treadmill. If you are taller/larger then this may not be a good fit for you because the handles don’t adjust higher (if you like holding them as you walk). Also, the length of the treadmill might not work if you had long legs. Overall I highly recommend this treadmill for anyone that is not too tall and looking for a simple treadmill that has incline.

A solid choice for daily cardio at home
I've been using this treadmill for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm delighted with the performance and quality. The build feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence during intense runs or long walks. The build feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence during intense runs or long walks. The motor runs smoothly and quietly, making it perfect for use early in the morning or while watching a series. The display panel is easy to read and offers all the basic features I need speed, distance, time and calories burned. The assembly was straightforward and took about an hour or less. It folds up easily to save space, which is ideal for my apartment. Works very well, this one is a solid choice.

I actually can't believe this is priced like this.
OK. I have been on a LOT of treadmills. I want to give you the pros and (limited) cons of this. But, hear me out. When I make a rating on a review, I'm not comparing apples to oranges. Meaning, I won't give a Kia 3 stars because I've been in a Ferrari. You have to consider what you're getting, the price you're paying for it, and the overall value. First off, this is very easy to put together. It takes some time only because screwing things in takes time. But, that said, the parts are packaged in a tight pack and you know you have exactly what you need in there. The directions are very clear on how to put this together. And.. it all works. The holes are aligned where they need to be, and all tools you need are included. So let's talk about the treadmill itself. If anyone tells you this is hard and feels like you're walking or jogging on asphalt... they're wrong. I run on asphalt 4x a week. This has shock absorption for sure. Maybe not the amount you get on an expensive gym treadmill... but remember.... Ferrari vs Kia (and Kias can be REALLY good). The controls are intuitive and clear. The fact that you have quick starts for various inclines and speeds are awesome. The ease of how this folds up and sets up for your use... unbelievably easy. A concern I had was whether this was too short on the handles to be of use. They are easy to grab on to if needed. And, the reality... is that you aren't going to grab them while you jog the whole time. They're there if you need in an emergency (think about it.. you don't jog with side bars). The only cons I have experienced so far is that the length of the belt is not that long. BUT... that is by design. This is supposed to be compact. I never felt like I was in danger of running out of room at all. Just stay moving up front. The width was MUCH easier to stay in line with than I thought it would be. Everything is bright. It was all clear. The safety has to be magnetically attached for it to start. But you don't NEED to attach/use it. All in all, I'm pretty AMAZED you can get this treadmill for the cost. 20 years ago, this would have approached 1K. Certainly, technology keeps getting better... but even if this lasts a year, you've more than covered what you REALLY use a gym membership for, right? This is like a 5-star, non-Ferrari vehicle. I'm still in shock over the quality and value you get for the price/cost.

good treadmill, it is very easy to use
I recently purchased the THERUN Treadmill, and I’m extremely happy with it! The incline capability is fantastic, allowing me to customize my workouts for more intensity. One of my favorite features is the pause function—it’s so convenient when I need to step away briefly and then resume right where I left off. The fixed speed and slope settings make it very easy to use, eliminating the hassle of constant adjustments. Compared to my old treadmill, this one is much quieter, which is a huge plus, especially in an apartment or shared space. Overall, this treadmill is well-built, user-friendly, and delivers a smooth running experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed machine!

Decent treadmill
The treadmill works fine, does it's job. The belt is quiet and the treadmill was easy to put together. The belt is a little small so I would not advise anyone over 5'5" to try to run on it. Two major problems with the design: 1) the cup holders are worthless, and 2) the safety "beeping" is loud and can't be turned off.

Solid mid range treadmill for home workouts
I have been using this treadmill for a few weeks now and I really liked it. For a mid range model, the features and quality justifies the price. My favorite is it's large lcd screen . Installation is straight forward , my 14 year old fixed it all by himself in 10 mins. The treadmill is compact and folds easily for small spaces. The quality seems solid and long lasting . The running pad has nice grip and doesn't hurt my knees. Pros :- Compact , perfect for small spaces Folds easily for storage Looks solid Large lcd screen Easy accessibility Con:- Not for intense runners Doesn't has waterbottle holder Overall if you are looking for a simple yet functional and reliable treadmill for regular home use in affordable price, it can be a good option
