Sweet and tastes good, has helped me. I could feel myself eating less, sleep is longer and better. Im not getting up urgently to pee at night. Ive only had it a week and it's a nice feeling. Looking forward to what it's like in a month. I take a vial after I eat...so far so good. Ive also ordered a soursop bitter and blackseeed bitter product too so I'll supplement with this one.
