Very easy to install
Got two of these for our apartment. Very easy to install. Look great with clean lines and classic design. Flushing performance is awesome ( was initially apprehensive about 1.28 capacity but aquaspiston tech is amazing)

replacement valve gasket not available
The toilet was fine until the valve gasket began leaking. The tank runs continuously. The original replacement valve gasket has been replaced by Kohler with one that does not fit this toilet, making it impossible to repair. So we have a toilet that cost almost $900 that we will likely have to replace. Kohler has not been helpful. They gave me an incorrect replacement part # that does not work with this toilet. I do not recommend this product.

Crooked tank! See pics! Disappointed!
After paying almost $1000 for this toilet and waiting weeks for it to arrive, our plumber finally installed it yesterday. We thought it was installed crooked so we had them come and redo it. Unfortunately, the actual toilet itself is crooked. The tank, which is one piece with the toilet, was attached improperly and is almost 1 quarter inch off. We are so disappointed! What a lack of craftsmanship. I very much regret spending so much on a toilet, and getting so excited for its arrival. Please avoid!

The base and the cover are not compatible. The cover provided does not fit onto the tank of the base. Amazon has been working past month to correct problem. Had to send pictures to Kohler as they did not believe when detail part numbers were sent for each component. Having to be patient. Do hope and expect Amazon to take both components back at no cost if Kohler cannot provide a cover that fits. Person of Amazon handling matter has been gracious and thoughtful.
