this will be my 5th purchase of SoundPEATS items - this one a gift for my mother in law who insist on sticking them in her ears upside down - but they still work fantastically. For the price I find the quality id great and on the one occasion when I did have an issue with a previous pair their customer service is fantastic. The app is great for adjusting the sound and using the personalising controls also. They charge quickly and last a decent amount of time. Comfortable enough to fall asleep wearing although.

UPDATE-After leaving a previous 1 star review a representative from soundpeats reached out to me and gave me some troubleshooting steps. These did not work and so offered me the choice of a refund or another set of earbuds. Happy to say that the second set of earbuds are working perfectly. Appreciate the quick response from the seller. I have left the original review below as perhaps there is a QC issue but am now quite happ with my purchase. This is my 5th pair of soundpeats earbuds having bought 2 pairs of air 2s and one pair of true air 3s for myself as well as a pair of the 2 for my sister and the pros for my partner. Unfortunately this will be the last pair I buy. It may be bad luck but it appears the Bluetooth connectivity for the right ear bud is faulty and hardly functiona when wearing both buds. Other than that, sound quality appears improved over previous versions but form factor (larger case and buds) is worse. A real shame from a brand I had previously enjoyed.

I brought a pair of these after I accidentally washing machined my air 3s. They lasted a couple of years and were brilliant. I THOUGHT these would be an upgrade. But they are absolutely awful. Constantly slipping out of your ear and are just genuinely annoying to wear. That and after the first 5 months the right ear bud died. Props to their customer service they got me another pair sent out quickly. But a month later the same has happened again to the left one this time. That's me done with this company. Look for something better.

out of the box it wasn't a good sign, the right ear didn't work until I cleaned the case connectors with iso and waited an hour for the bud to charge. the sound was horrible which was unexpected judging by all the good reviews. as a last ditch effort I performed the same break in procedure as with larger headphones and the sound is now noticeably better, although low bass is still lacking. hopefully the low bass gets better over time, but at the back of my mind I still believe this brand is just internet hype. the price isn't huge so it's worth testing. I didn't use LDAC for this review, I've used other bluetooth earbuds without LDAC that produces exceptionally good sounds.

This is the second pair of earbuds I’ve bought from this brand, and once again, I’m really impressed. I’ve been using this new set for 10 days now and I’m already really, really happy with the sound quality, comfort, and battery life. They connect easily and stay in place even during workouts. It’s rare to find something this reliable at such a good price — highly recommended!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I've been a fan of soundpeatz since covid. It's a volume thing for me. I like my music LOUD. Soundpeatz always delivers on sound. This shiny plastic design is BETTER. Similar to their first design. I recently had their more expensive edition but due to the silly design and matt finish they kept falling out of my hands and sadly into traffic and crushed (see picture) More expensive isn't always the best. Logic would suggest when you pick the right ear piece from the charger it goes to the right ear. Not the previous model sadly. However this cheaper version whilst still having the twisted design has a better material to grip. Please consider redesigning the position at which these headphones dock in their charger.

The earphones are of good quality for the price, sleek design and good battery life. The sound is quite loud, and it remains quality even on high volume levels. However, comparing it to my studio headphones I found that the sound is quite unrealistic. In particular the bass or the low frequencies are very over exaggerated / boosted and the high & mid frequencies are dulled up. Moreover, the SoundPeats app is absolute rubbish as it cannot pair with the earphones no matter what I do, which prevents me from been able to adjust the EQ (the reason I'm giving 4 stars). After spending some time with a third party EQ app I managed to adjust the frequencies to make the sound more realistic and Vualah. I'm not a professional sound engineer, but the earphones sound much better to my ear using the current EQ settings on the uploaded screenshot. Apart from that I can't really complain about anything else as for the price the earphones are spot on.

Muy satisfecho. Es el tercer auricular que adquiero de Soundpeats y la calidad no defrauda, tanto en prestaciones como en acabados. Respecto al audio, muy bien, sonido nítido y graves bien definidos. Pero lo que más me ha gustado es la app (Android), que tras registrarte (hace falta poner una cuenta de email), no me ha dado ningún problema. Ojo que en el Play Store hay 2 apps de Soundpeats, y hay que utilizar la más moderna que se llama "PeatsAudio". Con la app se pueden configurar la ecualización, el comportamiento del sensor táctil (puedes desactivar ciertos toques o asignar la función que quieras), y el modo de audio (normal, modo película que realmente parece que estás en el cine, o el modo juego para baja latencia). Además permite la actualización del firmware de los auriculares, que en mi caso nada más estrenarlos me los actualizó. Esto me parece muy importante porque habitualmente los fabricantes de auriculares bluetooth no actualizan el firmware y por lo tanto te quedas con problemas para siempre. Otra cosa estupenda es que se conectan simultáneamente a 2 dispositivos, y funciona de maravilla. En mi caso lo tengo casi siempre con el teléfono móvil y el portátil para las video conferencias, lo que te evita los típicos problemas de conectar/desconectar los auriculares cuando cambias de dispositivo. Respecto a la duración de la batería, lo típico en este tipo de auriculares (si utilizo el micrófono no llegan a 3 horas, si es solo para escuchar música en torno a las 5 horas). Pero lo que si es cierto es que estos recuperan la carga en muy poco tiempo, los metes en el estuche 10 o 15 minutos y vuelves a tener batería para mucho tiempo. Por supuesto, puedes utilizar sólo uno y dejar el del otro oído cargando. Esto es muy útil si, como en mi caso, te pasas muchas horas en video reuniones.

Di per se le cuffie sono ottime. La qualità del suono è ottima, l'indossabilità è ottima, non scivolano via dalle orecchie nemmeno se si mastica un panino mentre si ascolta musica (si, ho fatto pure questo 🤪). Tirarle fuori dalla custodia è leggermente scomodo ma col tempo ci si fa l'abitudine. Persino l'autonomia è ottima (io le indosso per ore senza accorgermi del passare del tempo finché non arriva all'improvviso la vocina nelle orecchie che dice "battery low". A occhio e croce, l'autonomia è intorno alle 4-5 ore a seconda del volume, tenendo disattivati sia la cancellazione del rumore che la modalità gaming, altrimenti l'autonomia non supererebbe le 3 ore scarse. Fra parentesi, la cancellazione del rumore funziona in maniera apprezzabile (nel mio caso riduce tantissimo il rumore delle ventole del PC che sta di fronte a me sulla scrivania), ma non aspettatevi miracoli: un po' di rumore passa comunque, ma del resto fa parte della tipologia di auricolari. In ogni caso, io preferisco questa tipologia anche per questo motivo: non essendo totalmente isolati dall'ambiente esterno te ne accorgi se qualcuno ti arriva da dietro 😉 Insomma sarebbero fenomenali MA.... tutti i modelli di Soundpeats che ho comprato nel tempo prima o poi hanno manifestato lo stesso problema: uno dei due auricolari si scassa e l'altro pur essendo perfettamente funzionante diventa inutile, e quindi va buttato via tutto. A questa fascia di prezzo avrei sperato che durassero almeno un paio di anni, ma vedere uno dei due auricolari collassare dopo 5 mesi è davvero deprimente, soprattutto a questa fascia di prezzo. In questo caso specifico, l'auricolare sinistro si sente a un volume più basso rispetto al destro mentre il destro funziona regolarmente. Non sono neanche sicuro che si possa fare una restituzione del prodotto in garanzia perché sebbene male, gli auricolari funzionano entrambi. Che dire... Soundpeats produce auricolari di ottima qualità ma sono come un terno al lotto: se sei fortunato ti durano almeno fino alla scadenza della garanzia, altrimenti durano tempi ridicoli, e con questi prezzi è difficile da digerire. La cosa peggiore è che questo tipo di auricolare (cioè quelli appoggiati sull'orecchio e non INFILATI dentro il canale auricolare col gommino che dopo 5 minuti fanno un male cane) è sempre più difficile da trovare. Il 90% dei modelli aperti ha una qualità infima, ma se quelli di buona qualità durano sopo qualche mese allora è un disastro. AGGIORNAMENTO SETTEMBRE 2025 L'assistenza Soundpeats mi ha contattato tramite Amazon e mi ha aiutato ad esaminare il problema. Dopo vari test siamo giunti alla conclusione che l'articolo si era guastato, ed essendo coperto dalla garanzia utente con estrema rapidità mi hanno inviato un nuovo set di auricolari nuovi in sostituzione di quelli danneggiati. Un enorme grazie per la velocità e la cortesia dell'assistenza 😀

I tried the Beats headphones that are a comparable price to these first, and while I liked the sound and aesthetics of those, I found that the inserts did not fit me properly, and were either too loose or too tight. If you are like me, then you will appreciate these headphones as they fit similarly to the Apple headphones of old; they sit on your ear but do not actually create a seal which can be uncomfortable. I use my headphones for 12 hours a day or more, so comfort is very important to me. The sound is very similar to Beats, to the point where I may not be able to tell the difference if I had to. Beats have a bit more bass perhaps. These are easy to setup, and the fact that they have an app that allows you to customize the controls or sound settings is great for the price. For me the only real downside would be battery life. I have always been a holdout to the world of wireless headphones, so having to recharge headphones at all is new to me. The battery life gives about 6 hours of active listening, then needs a charge. Beats do last longer. On the other hand, these charge very fast, and in 20-45 minutes you get another 4-6 hours of music. It’s pretty easy to find a half hour throughout the day where you can charge them without feeling like you are having to check your watch and wait. These might not be as cool looking as Beats, but they more than make up for it in very good sound quality, reliability, and customizable features.

mu second soundpeats aften my air3. these have improved much. great sound quality, nice battery life and easy to adapt the touch control. the app is not as good as can be. returned them cause the shiny stems are to slippery (almost lost one in the train ...) and the case, can't get used to the diagonal opening. and the bulky case.
