In order for you to reach 12000 mg graviola you must take 3 capsule. 1 capsule is 4000 mg of Graviola. The product itself is not bad if anyone wants to try it. I have move on at this point. I am going for the soft capsule technology that look like a fish oil. The other option is the 4 oz bottle liquid Graviola that is 10:1 or 20:1.
