Vtech 141203 "Abner the Amargasaurus" Toy

My 4 year old son LOVES cars so Transformers were a logical choice when it came to birthday presents. The thing with Transformers is they were a little expensive for what they were and showed no educational features which I fell is important with anything we buy our kids at this age.When my son spotted one of these, it was the perfect choice; sturdy, educational, and great value for money, with the added bonus of featuring his new love Dinosaurs!Thoroughly recommend for youngsters with a vivid imagination and a penchant for anything vehicular! My son must have transformed it back and forth a thousand time since we bought it a couple of months ago!!

I love this range of toys. I actually bought this for a friend's boy aged 5, as my own son had received a different Switch & Go Dinosaur for his birthday and was totally won over by it. I got great feedback from it and heard it was also a success with him. The price was so good that I stocked up on them whilst on offer, so I would always have one in for the next party.

I bought 2 different design the kids really liked. The quality was very good and coming on time. I recommended to other people.

Didn't really know much about these toys but my 3 year old grandson loves them, which means I love them too. I ordered three for him as a Christmas present and we were amused by the interaction between the toys. However, we ended up "separating" them because they talk to each other - there is an off switch but this is underneath the tie wrap which fastens them to the box. Very sturdy and well made. I have left the same review for the other two Dinos

This whole range of transformable dinosaurs are great to collect for kids, we have loads, they get played with alot, they are robust and they love the fact they transform. This does have a purpose as it's developing their coordination and hand strength. These toys encourage their imaginations and whether they are playing alone or in a group (I'm a childminder and have loads some days) these toys are very popular.

I have rated this toy but only in comparison to another similar toy. I ordered the wrong one. However I can say there wasn't a problem returning it and had a full refund.

I have a few of these recently acquired in the states but haven’t seen any long neck dinosaurs, which a personal favorite of my 4 year old. I ordered this and paid the UK shipping fee because having the long neck in the collection seemed worth it (it’s for Christmas and I’m shopping early this year) and THIS IS THE BEST PRESENT EVER!!!!! As an American who has to hear all her sons animatronics in some hillbilly twang tough voice THIS IS MAKING MY DAY!!!! My spouse and I get it out and joke how awful the others sound and how proper this dino voice is before hiding it from the kids. Will now be looking for any other UK releases of the Switch and Go!!!!!!
