Just as advertised. Royal jelly was suggested by my acupuncturist for menopause years ago and I sailed through that phase of life without any of the symptoms others report and without resorting to hormone replacement therapy. Small easy to swallow capsules, decent price.

Quality/ Effectiveness
No more other ingredients put a damper on the effectiveness. I miss the energy level. Good quality. I haven't tried it by the capsules. Get the purest form. Disappointed because of a lack of previous information😔.

This is powder. I prefer the actual milky bee jelly.
This came in powdered form. I prefer the gel caps that actually show the milky bee jelly. That way, you can see what you’re actually getting. I won’t be buying this, again.

A Really Good Product
We had been using another brand of Royal Jelly for years, but the quality of the product just slipped so badly that we just could not throw any more money away on it. Found this one and it is even better than the old one we used to take and no more quality control issues.
