by far is the best way to get your daily fiber requirement
A low fiber diet can cause many digestive issues. This, by far is the best way to get your daily fiber requirement. Pop 2-3 pills, twice a day and drink plenty of water. We prefer this to powdered husk, as pills are easier to take. And NOW Foods is a trusted brand. Of course it is important to consume enough water with any fiber supplement. Half of one's body weight in ounces is how much water one must drink every day.
