A: It will only hold one epi-pen. Might hold 2 if you take them out of the plastic canister they come in, but there is only one elastic band to hold the pen in place

The mymedibag is an hard case insulated bag - the insulation effect is approximately 2-3 degrees Celsius temperature above the lowest or below the highest temperature. For example, it the outside temperature is 35 degrees Celsius, the bag will keep medication at 32 degrees. We always recommend not to keep mymedibag expose to extreme heat or cold.
