Love it!
These are easy to throw in the pan and roast away. Although they do now hare some stains, I know that they were well soaped and are clean. They fold easily for small pans too.

No more unfurling parchment paper!
If you’re tired of using parchment paper, particularly the last bit that curls frustratingly against your best intention to lay it flat, then use these! A breeze to use. And they fit my sheets unlike the smaller silicone mats. One star off simply because of cleaning: They are thin; you can wipe them clean and hang them, I guess. I lay them on the oven racks to dry.

Great alternative to one-use parchment paper
This was exactly what I needed- essentially re-usable parchment paper. It is not a silpat mat, so it doesn't affect the way heat is transferred while baking. I cut the sheets down to size to fit on my half sheet pans and they've been holding up well through three months of frequent use. These are impossible to find in stores in the U.S. so I was extremely happy to find them available online.

Super thin paper! Thinner than u imagine and easy to crack
The sheet is very nerdy thin and super easy to broke. I just fold the sheet and it cracked from the folding line. I bought another one from different brand later, and that is cheaper but much more stronger and thicker. Never buy this again.

Does not last long, low quality
I originally purchased this for baking Sour dough bread at high heat and this “reusable” sheet ripped after one bake. Pretty disappointed and do not recommend.

I have used these before and find them perfectly non stick, a doddle to wash, dry and store. My old ones had got a bit ragged after nearly 10?years so I decided to teat myself. Quality remains excellent.
