The Supplement for Overactive Bladder
I do plenty of research on supplements and herbs. Pumpkin Seed Oil is great for controlling the constant need to get up during the night to pee. I take 2 at night and it definitely helps. So much better than the 200.00 rx a doctor wanted to prescribe for overactive bladder. Nope. Thi is natural and it works. At one time I was taking 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. The pills are a little big but if youโre used to taking supplements youโll be ok and youโll find the benefit worth it. I bought the NOW brand at two different stores in town weeks apart and both bottles had a terrible rancid odor. I returned those and got this Solary brand. No bad odor.

Check use by date
Received new sealed box. Expiration date is sooner than I would have liked. But if I am consistent with taking I should beat the date on the bottle. I have seen images of the capsules sticking together. I store mine in the refrigerator to avoid any issues.

Great product
I've finished taking the entire bottle now and I can say I experienced no negative effects from taking this pumpkin seed oil. It was my first time using pumpkin seed oil because I heard it can help with hair and I do see that while taking it it really helped with my shedding and maintaining density.

MEN !!! I'm a 55 year old male & was having to get up & go 4-5 times in the early morning hours - a major interruption to sleep which makes it a pain in the ass too! I started one of the (Solaray) pumpkin seed oil softgels a day, (anytime, with or without food) & inside of 1, ONE Week, end of story! Problem CURED! Now, I'm back to completely normal & how great to get true sleep back! I go once when I wake up & I'm on my way with a brand new day! It hasn't done anything for 'urgency' so the "Kegel" exercises will help you there. P.S. I don't take any other product for men's prostate issues at all, not even built into my multivitamin and my diet is as bad & non existent as can be imagined (unfortunately). โฎ DC
