I bought the Apple 2025 MacBook Air 15-inch as my first Apple laptop, and I have to say I’m really impressed. Switching from Windows was a bit intimidating at first, but the setup was surprisingly smooth. The 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display is stunning; colors are vivid, text is sharp, and movies or YouTube videos look amazing. The 12MP Center Stage camera is perfect for video calls, and Touch ID makes logging in so convenient. Battery life has exceeded my expectations — I can get a full day of work and browsing without charging. The Starlight color and slim design make it feel premium, and it’s lighter than I expected for a 15-inch laptop. My only small gripe is that some apps I used on Windows took a bit of adjustment to get used to, but nothing major. The 2025 MacBook Air is ridiculous in the best way. The M4 chip absolutely flies — apps open instantly, multitasking feels effortless, and it stays silent the whole time because it doesn’t even need a fan. The screen is bright and sharp, the battery lasts ages, and it’s so thin it feels like holding a metal clipboard that happens to run macOS at warp speed. If you want a laptop that’s lightweight, powerful, and somehow smug about it, this is the one.

Quality laptop, Very quick, great screen colour quality, allows one drive to be used, so great if you're moving over from Microsoft. One gripe about icloud is the cost, £2.99 for 200Gb, whereas One drive is free. Initially wanted midnight blue, but shows fingerprints all too easily, so went for sky blue which goes great with our blue imac, though not an exact match. Set up support and initial user teething problems was beyond excellent from the Apple Team.

Love this device. Its fast.... Its light..... Its simple to use... and looks cool too. Apple really does make some amazing products and this is one of them. If you are looking to replace your older Mac or PC and looking for something fast and reliable, then this might be the one for you. As with many Apple products, the functionality is floorless and the performance it's amazing. I don't leave home or the office without it!

Bought this MacBook for the wife and I now have gold stars on the fridge. Loves it and a big improvement over the old windows laptop. Luckily Iphone has been used in the house for years so the move from windows to this was no big shock. one major issue with this is the lack of ports of any kind and the fact that I now have a house full of cables and adaptors, silly really and I don't understand why Apple would do this at this price point, maybe greed?

It’s a Mac of course it’s good. Having said that Apple do things every now and then that you have to get used to. This one is the weird no power button. It turns on when you touch a button or open the lid so as I read it’s a low power thing which is a little to much like sleep not an entire power off. Still not having updated for 10 years it was nice getting to know all the new stuff that’s going on. Apple geeks that need an update will probably love this.
