The Baban 5 mode shower head 7 hose arrived on time and in good condition in a plain white box. You receive 1 x shower head 1 x 1.5m shower hose, 1 x shower bracket, and installation instructions. The shower head is nicely chromed plated and the nozzle head is made from silica gel an dis very easy to clean, the shower head also has a water on & off switch and the head has 5 different spray patterns, 1. power massage, 2. power rain, 4. rain & air and 5. is a mix of the rain and power rain and this setting really boosts the force of the water spray and this is the setting i'm using the most as i have really thick hair and it's a nightmare to rinse, but this setting does the job really well. I'm so glad i found the Baban 5 mode shower head and hose kit, as my old shower head was really difficult to change compared to the Baban head. I'm very happy, it's much better than my old that came with the shower and it's so easy to change the water spray patterns, it makes showering easy again, and all the spray patterns work well and stay within the shower unit, and at the moment the rain & air setting is brilliant for the really hot weather as it creates a nice refreshing mist spray. It's a great shower head and hose and at a really great price as a replacement head from my local bathroom shop was 3 times the price. Great quality product that's well built and finished off it works really well and for the price i think it's great value for money

Brought this as a replacement only got a trickle on/off did nothing nor did changing the flow on the head. Needed a replacement fast, so went out and bought another.

I like this shower head.It has different modes as I like and on/off button what is something new for me and very helpful.Hose is 1,5m not like most-1,2m and it is just right length for my bathroom.Happy with purchase and can recommend it

I don’t like to share a bad review, but ...Not a great shower head. Pressure is week, cheep quality.

Completely useless. The hole that lets the water into the shower head is too small and that reduces the water pressure so doing the complete opposite to what it’s purchased for. Useless!

easy to install - great product

On/off button is flimsy and makes it look cheap - also not sure whether it was the shower head or the hose connectors that lowered the water pressure..
