It is not built to hold the weight plates and do leg extensions, your feet do not have room to be positioned properly compromising you to injury. If the leg extension worked they it is supposed to I would have given it 4 stars. UPDATE: The Joroto company reached out to me about my concerns on the above bench and my disappointment about the leg extension. I rated the bench a 3 star but would like to change my star rating to a 4 based on the customer service. The bench did not fit my needs however they sent me the MD35 weight bench. This bench has better padding the incline is on point, assembly was easy and folding it up is much easier than folding up the above bench. Although it does not have the capability for leg extensions it is a well made bench.
