Great value and great performance. As other reviewers also noted, you need to use this product very carefully, as the blades are truly razor sharp! Do not use when intoxicated or distracted :-) Likewise, be careful when cleaning the product. I have no injuries so far, because I paid attention to what other reviewers said. This is an excellent product! I wish I'd had something like this many years earlier.

This is nice and sharp and easy to use. Love using it for cabbage and sliced cucumbers. Makes kitchen work a breeze. It is solid and well made.

I have wanted one of these for years but thought they to expensive. This mandoline is reasonably priced. It slices cucumbers, peppers, onions or any thing you want use for presentation. It dices the similarly. I love it but be careful “IT WILL CUT YOU”. I recommend but don’t let a child near it.

Seems very nice other than the adjustment wheel seems cheap. Worked very well the time I have used it. Will use more and updated as I go

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Thickness adjustment doesn’t stay put, you have to readjust every 2-3 passes or it’ll just get thicker and thicker. $10 plastic mandolin works better, absolute junk. A pox on the house of the engineer who designed this, may his bread never rise, his eggs always burn, and all his dinner guests compliment his meal out of politeness instead of satisfaction.

Item arrived on time and it is a quality product. no regrets on this purchase at all. I looked at everything for sale and chose this based on my needs-have arthritis in both hands and thumbs. wrists are not flexible this allows a back and forth movement instead of the up-and-down, using the whole hand that the others for sale on Amazon involve with this item, of course using my wrist brace I can just hold it with the palm on my hand in the first four fingers and go back-and-forth thumbs don't have to even enter into it. I am looking forward to using this tonight. We're going to make scallop potatoes.
