I have had a pool for 12 years in Ohio and have had to replace winter covers as needed and we know how to close our pool and how to apply the covers. Tried this one last fall and what a mistake. The seams leaked and allowed the water/ice to rise and the ice ended up snapping the hinge on the skimmer door hinge. There was nothing I could do due to the cover being covered with snow and pool filled with ice in dead of winter. Contacted the company who refused a refund without pictures of the cover on the pool. I took and sent the requested pictures. Company then stated they would not refund my purchase without "pictures of light showing through the cover". I replied that this was impossible since the cover is currently on the pool! I would give this cover and the company -5 stars if possible. If you don't want pool damage and frustration, purchase elsewhere.

Arrived as promised. Material was VERY THIN and didn't hold up during the winter! it tore in several places and the winter clips were worthless!!! I have gotten clips before and they lasted for many winters, not these! they broke or came completely off causing the cover to either blow up or fall in. What a mess!! Very disappointed all around. I usually get 2-3 winters out of a cover, but not this one. This is a maybe one time use, so to me it was expensive for a one time use. (and truly I didn't get 1 season out of it, it has more duct tape holding it together than material) Don't waste your money!!!

I paid extra for a better cover for my pool. Thinking extra money, buying something that is "Blizzard Deluxe" means nothing. Would not recommend this product. Was complete junk!! One seam not even sealed in 2 separate places = 1 place about 8 inches in length, and the 2nd spot about 14 inches long. Needless to say = the 1st rain all ended up inside my pool. Another seam wasn't sealed about 6=8 inches long. Can't return - already had cover on when the first rain started and we seen the unsealed seams. Would not ever go with this brand again. Huge disappointment for money spent. Cover very thin. Save your money and go with another brand that provides better quality

Bought this pool cover for my pool less than a year ago. Used for 1 season and the cover ripped completely apart did not protect my pool. Basically the cover is substandard. I do not recommend this cover it’s cheap and poorly made. Won’t last the season. Complete Garbage. Seller should refund customers money

I finally had time to cover my pool, got it on the pool and I noticed a rip in the seam. Now that it’s on the pool I’m not going to take it off. I put some duck tape on it and hope it holds it together. After I put the wire through, I used the crank to realize that it was broken! Thank goodness I saved my old one.

This is alot thinner then the one I purchased 3 years ago. I'm not sure this will last this winter , but we'll see.

Water seeps through the seems. We have had NO rain and we have water on the pool cover. I don't expect it to last the winter. Others have said the customer service/warrenty is non-existant. I wont bother. Lesson learned.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

The ratchet strap sent with this cover was too small and would not fit around the pool. The cover was the correct size but the tightening strap was like 2 foot too short luckily we had saved our old one so my husband used to old strap with the new cover.
