Helps with Depression!
Dr Armen (hope I spelled his name right), was on TV (he is a double board-certified psychiatrist, award-winning researcher, and 20-time national bestselling author whose books yadda yadda), he said Saffron works just as well as the top prescribed anti-depressant, for depression. That got my attention. As one of millions that struggle with depression, I realized I might need a little more help, then trying to "handle" things on my own. I also hate medications, because lets face it, medications come with side effects and Anti-depressants come with contradictory side effects. With depression, sometimes you just don't want to get out of bed, feel like you have no energy, sleeping more, and with an anti-depressant, you could experience extreme drowsiness(which I have, it is not fun). So when I heard him say that, I thought "why not". I ordered this and and I have been taking it for months, the first week I noticed a difference after a Month, my Husband did and now he makes sure to remind me to take it every night, because after three months, there has been a significant difference. Trust the process for three months, it really does help. I also notice I am not so "snappy" when I take this, my mood is much more balanced. I have not experienced any side effects, I take this at night(because it will help with sleep a little-it's not sleeping pill), I have taken it in the morning and it feels like it takes awhile to start working, another reason to take at night. I love how this is a three month supply. I think anyone could benefit from this product, and I have and would continue to recommend.

I originally tried saffron from another company. I didn’t do much of anything and I wanted to think it was a flop. Then I decided to try this company as they had a good coupon for first purchase. I’m sooooo glad I did! I noticed some positive results within a week. Not huge improvements but enough to give it more time. After about week 3 I noticed great improvements in my mood & depression. I’m not on my 3rd bottle from this company.
