To make this process extremely simple and straightforward, the best tools will be a jigsaw, drill, and drill bits. This allows you to make the cuts effectively and mount them properly! We sincerely thank you for your continued interest and consideration! Best Regards **Q: Does this come with black screws to fix the plate?** A: Yes, comes with screws to surface mount and also bolts to mount straight through a panel. **Q: Hi, Could you please advise which direction the air flows?** A: It is reversible - very easy to change the direction by undoing the screws and installing the fans the other way within the enclosure - full instructions are included for doing this. I have two identical S5's installed - one as inflow and one as outflow in a hifi cabinet. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good, reliable fan that looks great - recommended! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 July 2015* I installed this fan in the back of a custom made arcade cabinet which needed to be kept cool. The fan is incredibly well made and very reliable, which I guess you'd expect given the price tag. Whilst there are cheaper alternatives that would presumably be just as effective, the AC Infinity fan simply cannot be beaten on looks which give you cabinet that professional appearance - to me that was an important part of my project so I was happy to pay a premium. The fan comes with a plastic template which helps with the positioning of drill holes, which was very useful indeed. The fan runs on a 5v power supply via the attached USB cable and is happy with either a 1amp or 2amp supply. The package also contains a UK plug with a USB connection if you don't plan to power it from an existing 5v powered device. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine cooling fans *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 August 2017* AC Infinity make some fine fans. This is no exception. It is used to cool a small apple server which used to get very hot - now it is a perfect temperature. The standalone 140mm fans works really well as an office desk fan ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 August 2021* Easy to fit and works like a charm nice and cool in the cupboard now ## Frequently Bought Together - AC Infinity AIRPLATE S5, Quiet Cooling Fan System 8" with Speed Control, for Home Theater AV Cabinets - AC Infinity Controller 1, Thermal Trigger for AIRPLATE, MULTIFAN, USB Fans and Devices.
