Great stuff! My gallbladder was giving me all kinds of issues and after taking this stuff recommended by my physicians assistant aunt, my gallbladder has not been giving me any trouble. Great stuff and would recommend for anyone having gallbladder issues.

This Vital Peak artichoke supplement is a healthy way to help keep things on the level in your gut. The intent of this supplement is to help with digestive processes and liver health. For the latter, long-term effects on my liver would need to be evaluated, though certain studies show that the ingredients here do support such things.For digestive support, after a couple weeks, I've noticed an improvement in my overall gut feeling. Easier mornings, perhaps better sleep after dinner. This is a more immediate and effective result of which I'm quite pleased.The ingredients listed also seem nice and natural, to the larger extent. They lack the random fillers and extra vitamins that my daily multi-vitamin contains, which I like...no need to double things. The capsules are larger than some vitamins, but the gel coating makes them easy to swallow with a chug of water.Altogether, I'm happy to give this bottle a try. I'll have to think hard about long-term use, though, because the price is a bit steep at $20 per bottle.

I have been taking the Vital Peak Artichoke Supplement for about 3 weeks, and I can feel the difference in my body. I am not as tired as I was before I began taking it.

Had to return because the safety seal was tampered with and open[!]. The outer plastic was intact so how was the inner seal compromised?! Heard good things on reviews but i didn't get a chance to see if this product works for me or not. Don't feel comfortable with a seal that was obviously peeled back(with a crease) at the factory.

Heating the leaves yields cynarin, which is claimed to detoxify heavy metals in the human liver.My research leads me to believe that a good artichoke supplement is preferable in that respect to steaming or roasting the flower buds of this thistle plant.This product does not mention third-party testing, which I rely on to verify that it contains what it claims.I did not have any digestion problems, and it is easy to swallow, but I cannot verify its economic value due to a lack of third-party testing.

I got this because I like to every now and then change my supplement regimen for my effort to keep my liver healthy. My normal go to has been milk thistle, dandelion and yellow dock. But Artichoke actually contains silymarin and cynarin just like Milk Thistle ( but not as much). It also is one of the few sources of copper in meaningful amounts which helps (may) the body form collagen and absorb Iron for red blood cell formation. So no doubt every now and then I like to run a cycle of Artichoke in place of my milk thistle for the some of the same benefits I am used to and all the additional ones Milk thistle does not have.I am very impressed with the dosage this brand has with 500 mgs in each cap. That is definitely enough IMO to get results hopefully. This brand states it is made in the USA but does not state where the artichoke came from . It suspect it was globally sourced and for that reason I prefer to see this third party lab tested in the US/UK or Canada. I still give it 4 stars as it very well may be 3rd party lab tested in said countries or one with regulated oversight with supplement ingredient testing. This is a 90 day supply with a 1 cap a day regimen and which IMO makes the price at the time of this review very reasonable. I do not feel or notice anything when I take this and the caps are easy to take. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.
