Totally disappointed
Very disappointed. The nail gun stopped working after a few users. We used the QR scan to return it.We received our refund but nor have been told the refund that we sent back via Royal Mail in August didn’t have the correct item in it so now if we do not return it we will be charged again.I will not use Amazon ever again if they continue with this.I followed instructions exactly wrapped and returned the broken nail gun.If it has been stolen or gone missing this is not my fault.I used the QR code Amazon sent me
