Very easy to use and easy to get the right amount of serum...gives really lovely glow straightaway with no need to add anything else (if you like the natural look). Feels nice on your skin and the fragrance is subtle, moisturising well. I keep reordering it as it became my favourite Korean beauty product. Highly recommend!

Disaster - DO NOT BUY
I bought two of these, and both were faulty. The second one didn’t work straight out of the box — the button was defective and wouldn’t press down, so I couldn’t dispense any product at all. The first one worked fine for about three months, then stopped partway through use — the button froze and wouldn’t move. Since I’ve now had this exact problem with two separate units, I don’t think it’s bad luck — it’s a design flaw with the packaging/dispenser. The cream itself is great, but the packaging is so unreliable that you can’t actually use the product. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone until they fix the dispenser mechanism.
