I’ve been a full-time Mac user at home since 1998 for personal and graphic design use, and I’ve been a full-time windows user since 2002 for work. Most of my home computers are Macs, though I do have one PC I use for gaming and tech-support. I bought this MacBook to replace an aging Windows laptop I had, and I’ve been tickled to death with it—the screen is plenty large, it’s got plenty of RAM for everything I run concurrently (Internet, email, Microsoft Office, RustDesk), it only weighs a couple of pounds, and it seems like the battery just lasts for days (I typically use it for 30 minutes to 3 hours at a time). I am so thankful they brought back the MagSafe charger, I haven’t had anyone kick the cable and disconnect it from my laptop yet, but I have several small grandchildren, and it’s nice to be prepared. The charging brick has two USB-C ports on it, so I can plug in a charging cable for my phone as well. The laptop has two USB-C ports as well as a 1/8 inch audio jack. I bought the model with the 15 inch screen, 24 GB of RAM, and 500 GB SSD. I think the only thing I don’t love about this laptop is the trackpad: it is nice and large, and has left and right click, but I just don’t like the feel of it, though to be honest, I don’t like the feel of trackpads in general – – I miss the track stick that was on my work-issued Lenovo laptop. The remedy is I just simply bought an inexpensive Bluetooth mouse and that works perfect, no extra dongles. I had been planning to buy a MacBook Pro, but since I don’t really do freelance anymore, I couldn’t justify the expense. It’s just as well, this laptop has all the power I need and more.

There isn't much that I can say about this other than this is the best computer purchase I've ever made. I'm an IT Security Project Manager and run a Remote IT and home-based Curriculum and Teaching company with my wife and the M4 MacBook Air is an absolute beast of machine. It's light, incredibly powerful, and the battery life on this is beyond compare. I haven't had it on a charger since yesterday, and I'm at 74% after a day and half's use. The sound on the 15'' is fantastic. I love how well this MacBook integrates in with the rest of my Apple environment and data and media transfers between all my devices seemlessly. One thing that people don't talk about very often is the ability to screen mirror from my iPhone to my Mac AND the ability to use an iPad as a secondary screen. Again - absolutely the best computer purchase I've ever made.

omg i love it! such a big step-up from my 2014 macbook pro. i love the color, the size, how easy it is to type, it's not too heavy, it opens and closes well. i like that it has the fingerprint scanner too if i don't feel like typing my password. it is much faster and has more storage than my other laptop. i think the storage is a perfect amount and i got it slightly on sale. it was delivered with care. highly recommend! this is the only laptop brand i trust. i like the feel of the mousepad too. it was super easy to transfer from my other macbook to this one. i prefer the air to the pro.

There was a bit of a learning curve coming from Windows, but I am so happy with it. It’s really thin, super fast, and communicates flawlessly with my phone and printer. Updates last approximately 5 minutes and only come about once a month! No more waiting on Windows to load or update. Very clear screen too. Way too expensive, but very happy with this upgrade.

I've had my previous Mac for 8 years (13" Macbook Air, 2017, 8GB RAM, 128 SSD). I had a MacBook Pro before that for about the same amount of time. These devices are just incredibly reliable, last forever, and really provide maximum value in the overall lifespan. This upgrade was to the 15" MacBook Air, 2025, 24GB RAM, 512GB SSD so it's a premium upgrade for sure. The trackpad is bigger, the bevel around the larger screen is thinner, and the screen is liquid and bright. I also love that it has the easy finger print ID. I've always preferred the finger pring to face ID so this was a cool addition for me. Tbh, the lack of built in ports is the only truly disappointing part of this device. I did purchase an Anker 7 in 1 extention that just clips right into the existing USB-C ports but I wish the units came with more connections directly.

Needed a laptop to meet certain requirements for my college student. This is a great laptop, but just very overpriced, which is what every Apple product is.

Wow. Long time windows user here. And so far my experience has been amazing I got this from a warehouse deal, and the laptop is fine. Box was rough, but for 44% off it is a steal. “Used Acceptable” was great. Laptop is great. Quick, fast, YOU DON’T NEED AN APPLE ACCOUNT TO SET UP THE LAPTOP. My biggest issue with windows has been the fact you need to sign in to just set up. But this? You don’t have to. Thank you Apple. I wish it had more IO, but it’ll do. Being a fanless design you’ll get a lot of heat quickly under load. But for most use cases, you don’t need that. Web browsing, video watching, and even moderate gaming is fine. But if you’re getting into video editing, that can be an issue. Overall, highly recommend. Especially if you can get a warehouse deal.

I have to start by saying that I love Apple Products. This laptop was $250 off on Black Friday so I grabbed one and I love it. I only do PowerPoint presentations for teaching, e-mails, banking and watching shows and this laptop is perfect for me. This laptop is gorgeous, fast enough for my needs and the 15” screen is awesome for watching shows, movies and sports.

This is by far the best laptop I've used. It's super thin, lightweight, and the battery lasts so long I only charge it every two days. Perfect for coding, research, or working on the go!
