Extremely disappointed arrived not working and having difficulty returning sales manager not very helpful

Looks cute, tested it twice but broke on the 3rd attempt. Mot happy, returned for refund, will try another model.

This Snow Cone Maker is Great! It is Professional quality machine at an affordable price you can only find, as far as I know here on Amazon. We got it for Church functions and Birthday Parties. I kept feeding ice in the top reservoir and turning on to Shave in between my wife opening the door to scoop into Cups. A big Plus is it comes with a Extra Blade and a Scoop. I was surprised it’s not Super loud, don’t get me wrong it’s noisy just not as much as I expected for a machine shaving ice into small flakes. I also like the Nostalgic Look. The only thing I’d improve is making it sit a little higher so you can leave the Drain Plug off while making Snow Cones, with a bowl or something under to catch the melting ice. For the Cost and Quality this for sure a 5 Star Review.

This product was only used once. It was setup and used as per instructions, but very quickly produced a black smoke and upon inspection found metal shavings through the ice. We attempted to return the item, but was expensive and cost more than the original product, hence we never returned it to obtain a refund.

Door diesnt close but works perfectly

We got it for our parties and friends gathering and was able to return it to the box. The packaging is really smart and cool. Everything in one small box the metal slightly weak, but it’s completely fine. It does the job and it comes with the blades and all the accessories. Just make sure to buy the syrup and the cup separately.
