Perfect in my opinion, I had gone on a road trip to Florida and I thought there’s no way this thing can last 18 hours. I live in Hempstead and took a road trip with my family to Florida and they advertised a 18 hour battery life, luckily for me the trip is 18 hours (around). When I made it to Florida the laptop still had 12 perfect left over for me to use still this thing was incredible for the money I spent on it. I use it mostly for casual stuff like music reviewing, watching tv, studying and doing homework. I recommend this for the average person because of how simple and easy it is to use. I recommend if you already use an apple device the set up is even easier. I recommend Macs for if you wanna get work done in my opinion. The way the Mac can communicate with my other apple and non apple devices is insane in my opinion I don’t know how it works but I would love to learn how it does! I got the 15 inch model and I recommend if you have the extra money spend it on it because this thing is huge for me. Perfect for my everyday use and thin enough for it not to take up a lot of space. It shocks me how it is so thin but weights a little bit also it intrigues me how the weight is distributed so evenly across the laptop. I had to make a hard choice between a gaming laptop with a 4070 and this because they went for the same price and I am happy I choose this. Even though I build computers in my free time this was the better pick since I don’t play games on my laptops because they run very hot after a little while. I can be in bed and still watch my movies or shows and not worry about the fans getting all the dusk in them. Since these have no fans you can relax in your bed and do work not worrying about the heat. This thing runs cool very cool even when I was using it with a lot of tabs open the Mac never got hot. This might be a bit fanboy perspective but I think I like Mac OS over windows because of how the Mac OS reacts with other apple devices. Overall I recommend this to a lot of people if you are someone to do video editing I recommend you buy the pro because of the extra power but if you are a everyday person that does casual things like music reviewing, studying and just watching shows I recommend this because of how light and thin it is!

Bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She was coming from an older laptop windows PC and the difference has been night and day for her. It set up quickly, runs fast, and she hasn't had a single issue with it. The screen is gorgeous and she comments on how light it is compared to what she had before. Battery life is incredible — she barely has to plug it in. For someone who just browses the web, video calls, and handles everyday tasks, this thing is complete overkill in the best way possible. She's thrilled and I'm glad I got her the 15-inch for the bigger screen. Would absolutely recommend as a gift.

I had the 13inch version placed it on my car top, forgot and drove off 😔. I lost $1,000 that day. Then I went ahead and bought another this time the 15inch version. This is the best computer for the money I would argue the 13inch is so portable you'll forget you have it as in my case 😭 so I decided to buy the 15inch next time and made amendments to my mindfulness. It's such a good computer I had to buy it again. The M4 chip makes this a beast. It 100% will run anything you throw at it; Unity, Blender, Davinci Resolve, Xcode, etc. I use it to run my business and it's a delight. It stays cool no overheating issues hardly ever gets warm and the battery life is phenomenal. The aluminum built is durable and premium—its a beautiful device. The screen as I mentioned in my other review on the 13inch version can be damaged by debris if you don't clean your keyboard and screen before closing because it's a tight space between the screen and the keyboard when close. MacOs is butter and I think Apple deserves greater market share in the computer space. This is truly a remarkable product. Coming from a developer, entrepreneur, spent all my life around a computer.

This is an absolutely gorgeous laptop. Going from a non name brand one to this is like night and day. The 15” has an awesome large screen and the bigger size is not too big for my lap. I can comfortably use it. I love the extra big touch pad! Touch ID works great! The bigger size has a wonderful design with it being really slim and lightweight. I love the no fans and no noise when using it. It’s so fast. Best of all is the screen, the picture is crystal clear for entertainment and I could not love it more! The backlit keyboard is also super nice. Battery lasts beyond 18 hours. It can last for 36 hours with heavy use, multi tasking and entertainment. It also charges very quick! I appreciate the green light that it has when it’s done charging. And I can see that when my laptop is closed. The starlight color is gorgeous as well and did not let me down. 10 stars if I could. Only con: sometimes the charger gets bumps off easily with it being magnetic as opposed to other types.

Best laptop I ever had. I bought this for video editing, our home PC, despite being a gaming pc was struggling with the intensity of rendering videos, I was resigned to having to spend $3-4k on a high end machine. I was wrong! The MacBook Air M4 has been a game changer and can handle anything I can throw at it with absolute ease. The HD is small, which is my only negative but it works seamlessly with my 2TB iCloud Drive so it's not been an issue. Absolutely love it. For the price, it's by far the best laptop you can get for the price outperforming laptops 2 or 3 times the cost.

I’ve been using the 15” MacBook Air M4 for about 1.5 months. Despite its fanless design, it stays remarkably cool during long sessions. The M4 chip is incredibly fast, handling multitasking, creative apps, and more effortlessly. The 15” Liquid Retina display is stunning, crisp, vibrant, and bright with excellent colour accuracy, making it great for work, streaming, or editing. It lacks ProMotion (120Hz refresh rate) and mini-LED technology compared to the MacBook Pro’s display, so it doesn’t get as bright or offer the same deep blacks and contrast. However, for most users, the Air’s display is impressive. The sound quality is fantastic, with clear, rich audio that fills the room. Despite its size, it’s incredibly light and portable. This MacBook Air is a great choice for most users, unless you crave the Pro’s 16” screen with its superior brightness, contrast, and smoother refresh rate. Highly recommend!

My budget was tight last February 2025, and I needed to upgrade my Base M1 MacBook Air, because it was slowing down to a crawl with all the multitasking I did on it. I chose and M4 Mac Mini with 32GB of Ram and 512GB of storage. I had an iPad Pro and I did not think I would need a MacBook Air, and I wanted the most performance I could get for the money, especially RAM. I made a terrible mistake. I was not hope nearly enough to take advantage of my Mac Mini and I was alwasy on the go and I needed a portable Mac, and by December I was in a much better place finanaclly and I got the Base 15' M4 Mac book. I still own my Mac Mini, and I thought about trading it but it wasnt worth it and I use them for different use cases. Dont make the same mistake I did, if you are a student, BUY the Air. I hope my story makes sense ahhahah
