if you are at all serious about Origami you must buy Tuttle paper . i have just started to fold paper and initially i bought a different brand of paper , it was heavy and it wouldn't fold properly - i just thought i couldn't do it , that Origami wasn't for me . I bought a pack of Tuttle paper and the difference is incredible , lighter stock makes it so much easier to fold leaving really sharp results . i have realised that an important factor when folding is that the paper must be perfectly square - my first bought heavy paper wasn't !!!! Tuttle paper is perfect , designs are outstanding , i now have 5 different packs and i know i will buy more paper and it will all be from Tuttle

I’m really impressed with this 500-sheet pack of origami paper featuring authentic Chiyogami patterns. The designs are vibrant and detailed, giving each fold a really elegant look. The paper quality is excellent — it’s thin enough to fold easily but sturdy enough not to tear or crease unintentionally. The only issue I had with the paper is it's very smooth and thin, and may be a bit difficult to fold modular origami with, if you're into that.On the other side you have block colours too, if you want to spice up your origami, especially when building modular origami like I enjoy doing. Another bonus is that pets, (if you have them), adore origami toys, I've attached a photo of a small origami 3D gem, I put a small bell inside and my cat loved it.Having so many sheets is perfect for big projects or sharing with friends. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced folder, this pack offers great value and plenty of beautiful options.If you love traditional Japanese-style paper with rich colors and patterns, this is definitely worth getting!

Larger than others at 6". A good sellection of colour patterns that complement each other. On flip side has strong plain colours. There is also pamphlet with some origami animals to make. Hours of fun. Fast delivery. Recommended.

The paper seems fine, I haven’t used them yet. But unfortunately the double sided paper only has the rather fabby patterns on one side.The papers are printed in coordinating colours on the reverse side to provide aesthetically pleasing combinations is how it’s described in further info on the site which is a very warm, fluffy way of simply saying “pattern on one side, single colour on other”.

Good quality paper and some very pretty patterns. The opposing sides are in matching colours.

Really like the quality and print of this paper for both origami and crafts. Very pretty.
