Solid build. Noise level is a bit on the lower side. Installation was done within 4 hrs of delivery with 5 yr comprehensive warranty at additional 353rs. Should have been provided convertible options to reduce wattage and electricity consumption. Swing function doesn't spread the air much, can't direct the throw below a certain point if ac is installed at height. Terrible installation experience! Smudged my white walls despite asking them to be careful, 2 guys arrived out of which 1 was highly unskilled/learner breaking my window mirror leading to a dangerous fall of sharp glass to street below. Energy consumption is quite high when compared to similarly rated split ac (almost double). Remote is quite modern and fancy.

Purchased on May 2026. So far so good. Slight noise levels but negligible. For installation i directly Hitachi customer care and was taken care next day itself. I am hoping since Hitachi (previously Japanese) is taken over by Bosch, a German company, servicing is going to be good.

Mail draf I purchased new window AC , and yesterday did the installation, but it's not working ( AC is not cooling) , engineer said next engineer will come and check further. After that no one engineer come in entire day . And today again one engineer come and troubleshooting than said that next serious engineer will come and check . Than 3 rd time engineer come and troubleshooting the all things but still issue not resolved. Im still facing the issue ... However, the AC is not cooling. After installation, the first engineer checked and informed that another engineer would visit for further inspection. But no one came for the entire day. Today again another engineer visited and did some troubleshooting and said that a senior engineer would come. Later, a third engineer also came and checked everything, but the issue is still not resolved. I am still facing the same problem and the AC is not cooling. This has been a very disappointing experience with a newly purchased product.

Noise level is a bit on the medium side, cooling is great and you can feel by seeing the size that this is a heavy duty product. Value for money product considering it has 5 years comprehensive warranty, which no other window AC provides currently in the market.
