This product is phenomenal. I am fair complected and burn easy. But since taking this for a year now, I do not burn and my tan is deeper than usual. I take every morning. Small easy pill to swallow. Does what it says. Great value and most effective

I would give this a five but the milligrams dosage tested ayear ago was at 11mg versus the stated 12 mg. Not far off at all. If you go on youtube and search 22 Astaxanthin brands lab tested" you will be horrified at some of the results. Two particular brands I mulled over and decided not to get the as they had less than .07 mg of this ingredient in them. I'm taking for pills for some health issues, just know at this dose your stool will be almost red so don't faint. I'm also taking NAC, Glycine, and glutathione injection at about 2.5 cc's every couple of days. Also taking pulmacort once a day in the am at 90 mcg per puff. Definately feeling better but not nearly 100.percent. I will go off pulmacort first to see how i do. 5.22.2026 Update...went back on pulmacort and I'm going to significantly increase does to possibly 5x the suggested amount, medical literature suggest 20 mg per 2lbs of bodyweight. At that dose one would be going through a bottle every couple of weeks. I just learned that this is also a fat soluable supplement, you must take this with some fats. With that said, no more on an empty stomach, hopefully that helps. Lutein is also a supplement that is fat soluable and I think it absolutely helps with vision.

I used to use the other brand name of Astaxanthin but ordered this to save money and seemed to work just as well. This is great for your joints and skin health. When I take regularly my knees don't seem to creak as bad and my skin doesn't burn - seems to just make me tan a lot easier. Look up the benefits of this supplement - very good for you!

It’s an excellent medicine for my eyes. Doesn’t have secondary effects.

Great price, for the quality. Easy and pain free to take. I got these for overall skin care and color. I have not seen any change in using so far. So not as effective as I would have liked.
