This AC is impressive and a God send for our second floor! It is quiet and blows strong cold air. It cools our entire second floor in 20 mins to the set temperature no matter how hot it is. For those reviews regarding the screws they are not the wrong size you screw them from inside the frames not outside like typical. My husband has never had to put an AC together before, it took some careful attention and about 40 minutes when all the ducks were aligned but was not bad at all and totally worth it.**Lastly, make sure you have a 20 amp 250V outlet before buying as this is not a normal 15 amp 120V plug.** Highly recommend!!

This is very awesome cooler that just BLASTS cold air and cools larger area than rated for easily! In 95+ degrees Fahrenheit it is cooling over 3000 sq ft home great. It is amazingly quiet as well! I'm very impressed! Also, I purchased the lifetime warranty with Asurion through amazon, so I can get it fixed or replaced if it quits working!

Bought this for our 2400 sq. ft shop. Our shop is a 4 door, with 16ft high ceilings, so it is a lot of space to cool. We installed this when it had been in the 90's and the air temp of the shop was 78 when we turned it on. We did have to buy a 30 amp 250 volt cord from Home Depot for $70 in order to plug into where our air compressor was because I didn't realize that it was not a 110 cord. Within 1 day the shop had cooled to 66 degrees, so now my husband can work in his nice cool shop. The screws did not work, that came with it, so we didn't use them.

None of the hardware matches the holes, got replacement hard ware through the company and it still did not match. giant pain to install had to re drill pilot holes in the cabinet to get it assembled

This thing is a beast. I have a fairly large living room and it stays ice cold. I currently reside in Northern California where it is extremely hot but not in my living room. It is fantastic! Definitely recommend this if you need to cool down. It would also be a great unit if you live in a humid area as it pulls out leaders of water out of the air. So it's a nice dry cool I definitely recommend this product if you're in the market for a new AC unit. It does not struggle at all and it's super quiet.

The air conditioner itself works amazingly well and cools the room wonderfully once it’s running. However, the installation process was extremely frustrating and took hours. The holes on the top mounting rail do not align or match the cabinet at all, and the provided screws wouldn't work.​I had to spend a lot of time finding different hardware and making a lot of improvisations just to assemble it safely. While I'm happy with how well it cools, Midea’s quality control on the assembly hardware is very disappointing. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this much hassle to install a brand-new unit.

I love this air conditioner! It was easy to install! It was a great price compared to others it's size. You can even control it from your phone!It does a great job cooling my house, sometimes it's too cold!There is noise, but I have yet to find a window air conditioner that doesn't make noise
