I've been through a terrible breakup 5 years ago. I decided to read it now as I felt the need to some guidance. Lot of what I read I already had passed through but still, the book was like a guiding hand that doesn't let you down and gives you the advice you need. I really advice it to everyone who went through a tough or ugly breakup because you will feel like its you in this book

Even though it's been quite some time since my relationship change this book was a refresher course for me in a way. I highly recommend this book! It made me realize everyone deserves to be happy at some point.

I bought this book for my daughter after a terrible breakup and she said it had a lot of good advice in it and liked it very much.

Great Book, fantastic Read. Very well written with a "can't put down" easy flow to it about something that we have all experienced in some degree. If you have ever felt lied to or alone when getting into, out of or in a relationship then there is something relatable in this story, a commonplace tale of love, sex, betrayal and ultimately growth and maturity. It is about coming out the other side and having grown from it instead of letting a tough life experience bringing you down. We can all learn something from it and enjoy a great read at the same time, Thanks to the author for sharing, I definitely recommend it.

this book is a must read. its always good to hear someones take on a break up, i found myself able to relate to a lot of the chapters in the book. i loved the chapters on going cold turkey on the ex, social media and the break up body. totally relate-able and great advice. get your copy guys its worth the read.
