If you’re thinking of buying an Oura ring get one of these sizing kits. It lets you wear the different ring sizes on different fingers to test the fit in normal day use. Particularly if your fingers swell a bit in the heat this will really help you figure out the right size. You also get the price back against the purchase of one of the rings. Why did you choose this product over others?:It’s an original Oura product and therefore knew it would be correct sizes.

Great sizing kit. After using this kit I was able to accurately size my husbands ring.

The ring sizer is good for medium size but you have manly hands you are out of luck it goes to 15

I have a few wearables that I've used for sleep monitoring, and thought that the Oura might help as it does extra monitoring that my watch/band doesn't do.... the problem is that for people with larger fingers (like myself) can't wear themKnowing I have larger fingers I went straight to the size 15, the largest size in the package and the largest that Samsung make, but on my right (dominant) hand it barely gets past the 2nd knuckle, and on my left hand it JUST fits below the knuckle so I can "sort of" bend the finger, but it's far from comfortableIt's meant to fit on the first 2 fingers, and since there's no way it's fitting on the middle fingers, it stops both fingers from bending with it sitting smack in the middle of the knuckle - the only finger it "sort of" fits on is my left ring finger, but then it's only wearable for about 15-20 minutes before it begins to get uncomfortable and I've got to take it off, so there's no chance of me wearing it overnight, let alone all dayMaybe if they make larger rings it will be worth it, but I can't buy one because my fingers are just too chonky for their sizes
