Wow! These really ARE sand-proof. I’ve learned that most sand shoes are not actually sand-proof shoes (they just prevent feet from burning), but these are fully sand proof, no sand can get in. That is so great. The ankle seal is made of a rubber that is a lot like skid-proofing tape. It clings to the skin, not allowing sand or gravel in. That’s exactly what I needed. I looked for eight years, I guess I just didn’t know where to look, but I need these for walking along the beach and wading, for shelling and beachcombing. I don’t like when my water shoes get filled up with sand.

I purchased these to have a good pair of wet boots to provide a better fit of my snorkeling fins and reduce foot and ankle chafing. They get 5-stars for their effectiveness for that purpose. I wear a US Men’s 8 shoe and the sizing chart worked perfectly for a snug but not squeezing fit. Seals well and my feet stay very dry, even when fully submerged. Compared to barefoot fin-fit, these make it feel like the fins are an extension of my feet. To my surprise/delight, these also make for excellent kayaking shoes! The anti slip texture is great for maintaining friction when getting in and out of a slick, wet plastic kayak, and they’re pliable enough to still get good foot feel on my footrests. I did dock a star due to the lack of a more protective sole. On several outings I’ve had minor punctures into my foot bed from thorns, sharp stones and slivers of glass, all within walking distance of shore. While these are fine on a perfectly sandy beach, anything more coarse than that, and you’ll be feeling it.

Outstanding company and customer support. First pair I got after using them just one time for a few hours playing beach tennis the stitching on one of them started coming apart. Reported this to the seller who promptly apologized and sent me another pair. So far the second pair have been holding up well. These are the best I have found for keeping sand out. Comfortable and fit well.

I weigh 250 lbs and these socks work just fine inside a set of swim fins. The bottoms seem very durable so far, but might get beat up if you walk around in them too much. Will report on that later. Fit my size 13 feet just fine without having to lubricate with water

They fit well and are comfortable to wear. I think they are made of neoprene which doesn’t breathe well but it has good water resistance qualities. So wow they are hot 🥵 on your feet ! I suppose for people who are on the beach in colder weather that is a plus but I go to beach primarily on hot days so I find them too warm . I will say these are good for cooler temps but a no go in hot weather. I don’t feel the broken shells and twigs etc when walking on the sand . I actually ended up buying a new pair made out of a different material and wear those instead .

Excellent! perfect for my fins instead of heavy wet suit boots

- I paid twice as much for these expecting a high-quality beach volleyball product. - Sand easily gets in through the top opening; even rolling the top as instructed barely helps. - After playing, my toes are freezing and I have to warm them up before driving. - My feet also get extremely sweaty, and the socks start to smell after only a few uses. - Friends who bought much cheaper alternatives are still happy with theirs, so I’ll be getting those instead. - Avoid this product at all costs.

Suite à des interventions chirurgicales de mes 2 pieds j'ai commandé ces chaussettes de piscine. Mais je suis très déçu. Elles sont trop épaisses et difficiles à enfiler. Je n'ai pas réussi à les mettre.

Je les ai utilisés 5 fois en aquagym, aucune adhérence, ils glissent plus que les pieds nus et enfin ils sont bien troués et inutilisables ! Je déconseille. Peut être que pour marcher tranquillement à la mer c est mieux mais là très decues
