NutriChef Rice Cooker 1.5L with Ceramic Non-Stick Pot & Digital Controls

After deliberating for a Few Days and After going through many Reviews of much more Expensive ones decided to go for this one which was on Offer..We couldn't be more pleased..Lovely Colour, it's Compact & Light, Has a Ceramic lining rather than plastic and has Cooked the Rice to Perfection..Will have to update as far as Reliability & Longevity goes but feel Confident this will meet our Expectations..Would Definitely Recommend Thank you

Only used a couple of times but over the moon ! Rice cooks so much quicker than advertised. Fantastic little cooker. Easy to clean.

I bought this for my daughter to take to university and decided to try it out first. We’ve made fried rice, rice and dal with spices, pasta and plain rice, and everything has come out perfectly cooked. I was particularly impressed with the rice. Although the rice setting shows 40 minutes, it actually took only around 20 minutes to cook white rice. An adjustable timer would have been an even better feature. The only downside is that the pot isn’t removable, so need to be careful when cleaning to make sure water doesn’t get into the power connection area. Other than that, it’s a great little appliance and very easy to use. Highly recommend,

I've used it a few times at work. It doesnt boil, boil as such. Maximum heat is only up to 90⁰ and the heating comes on intermittently. It will cook ramen noodles but a but slower than a hob. Great if you're hankering for a hot meal. Sauce or flavouring, veg, meat and noodles. Job done. I've not cooked anything without water like stir frying. I'm loathe to stain the inside with frying in oil. Washing out stains would be quite a feat as I'd be very worried to get water into the plug port or onto the touch panel, between the casing and inner lining. As it is, I rinse it very carefully but soups are much easier to clean out than cooked on stains.

Really disappointed with this rice cooker. I used it once for porridge and it switched off very quickly, which I assumed meant it was done. Later the same day I tried to make a simple soup (just carrots and onions etc), and within five minutes it cut out again. The food was only slightly warm and nowhere near cooked. After that, it wouldn’t turn back on at all – no lights, nothing, even after unplugging. I’d had it less than 24 hours, so it has to be returned. I had high hopes, but wouldn’t buy this again. Amazon resolved the issue quickly.

I love this rice cooker, it's compact & looking good, also good performance, not much steam out & not spills over the air vent like my other rice cooker purchased for £99.00. This is good product & good price. Highly recommend!

really cute pot where i cook rice but also "types" of soup and does its job. The only downside for me is the fact that is risky to clean/wash since you cannot take out the white part and ofc, the cable plug is on the body so you can't really wash it properly or you have to be very careful, but the water might get inside and break the whole thing. Besides that, love the desing too!
