Can this tape be used on outdoor mailbox post made of wood?

I used it on a wood post to mark a speed bump location. I did tape it on the post and then used staple gun to add staples.

can this be easily removed from a laminate floor?

I think that I would not use this on laminate flooring as it is best on plastic or metal surfaces. I’m not sure how the adhesive will react with the laminate. You could try a piece of scrap laminate to see how hard it would be to remove. You may also want to get a cleaner to remove residue adhesive such as Goof Off or Acetone. Again, I would test the cleaner on a piece of scrap laminate.
