New battery, still not working!
It's a nice looking watch but appears to be cheaply made. Product arrived with a piece of the rose gold broken in the centerpiece. Description says that battery may need replacing due to sitting in storage. Tried 2 new batteries and still nothing.

This is a lovely looking watch; it is small as I wanted so I wear it much more than larger watches.

Water in watch.
Watch has water stuck underneath the face. I’ve tried drying it out on several different occasions using hairdryer or leaving it in the sun all day. Water never completely evaporates. Having a replacement sent.
