Update: this company does provide very good customer service. They responded several times to my emails. And provide replacement parts which is essential for commercial services. I originally purchased a residential unit which stopped after a year. Since it is almost 10 times cheaper than the American or European made steam generators, I decided to buy a new one. I bought a commercial model the second time since I use it sometimes daily. The commercial unit seems much better constructed plus it has a better manual, troubleshooting and repair instructions. And the factory in China offers service parts. However, the second unit stopped working after 6 months. A helpful factory technician suggested that I remove the electric heating coil (they call it a pipe? lost in translation). It is surprisingly damaged for only 6 months of use. Then I decided to take out the electric heating coil from the first unit. WOW. It is even worse! One coil totally disintegrated. We have a whole house filter for iron and then we have a water softener. But these coils look much more damaged than any I've removed from electric hot water heaters over the years. Anyway, hopefully a replacement coil doesn't take too long to get here from China.

No better way than to start your morning with a nice hot steam shower. I can’t explain to you how it feels in the winter time to have such a great start to a morning.

Wow does this steamer work fast! I am so happy with it and it costs much less than others I was considering!

updated: seller responded and helped identify the issue, sent a new controller to re-install which seems to have solved the issue. service was very nice and followed up as well. original: steam controller on unit malfunctioned after three sessions. unable to find a way to contact vendor. can someone please provide a contact.

I contacted Godenwall, no support, I contacted the "manufacturer" who said that they do not support or repair it because I bought it from Amazon, I contacted Amazon who said they would refund, but I have to remove and return. It costs $775 to install legally and properly which does not include the cost of remodeling the shower to accommodate the installation. Absolute cluster!!! Never buy unless you get it from an installer who will stand behind the product and installation.

I have not installed the unit yet but from when I ordered I had a lot of questions, I communicated with Mary and she responded very promptly I was also concerned that the delivery from China would take forever due to the Corona virus shut down but within 7days from my purchase it arrived all in one piece as I was expecting it to take at least a month or bathroom has not started and that’s why it’s not installed. As soon as it is installed and working I will leave a reply NSW Australia. Its been installed and works a treat, best thing since sliced bread, very happy

I purchased the CGoldenwall Model AT-90P 86 9kw steam generator for my home . We have very soft water. I descaled the steam generator every few months with vinegar. The performance declined after a year. I found that the automatic drain valve had a screen that had become clogged with sediment from the descaling and removed the screen. Last year the steam generator stopped working. The steam nozzle that was provided by CGoldenwall had corroded badly and fallen apart about the same time the unit stoped working. I took apart the steam generator several days ago to see if it could be repaired. I found that all the heating coils had ruptured and the tank was bulging. I contacted Goldewall customer service. CGolden wall informed me that "Heating elements are consumable parts. " "The bulging tank is undeniable evidence that the unit experienced a pressure buildup. To ensure safety and prevent a future tank rupture, it is critical to verify that the entire steam pathway is completely unobstructed. This includes: ...the steam nozzle." They offered me a new steam nozzle, and would sell me a new heating element for $75, or new steam generator for the reduced price of $500 .

It works great, I got in touch with the seller and told them I was missing the part which release the steam. I had to purchase ot from a plumbing company nearby. I never received the part that they seller said they will ship it to me.
