Disappointed with the Art porfolio
I loved the color and different pockets of Art porfolio carry and back. However, the packaging of porfolio had a tape around it, in which, it made it dificult to open. Also, after opening it had a damage in one of the pockets. So i had to return it.

When I bought this art portfolio backpack I thought it was pretty and well organize bag. However, when I opened it up, it had very strong plastic smell. So I thought I should wash it before I use it. But after I washed it. The smell still there. I couldn't keep it in the house. It made my whole house had that kind bad smell so I finally throw it away.

It would be probably be fine for the hardcore 16x20 user
It's just to tight to be practical for using it with 18 x 24 paper and art board. Sorry, but that's what I use and I foolishly thought there would be enough leeway with the stated size, but it's just too tight. It would be probably be fine for the hardcore 16x20 user,

after only having it for 6 months, the zipper broke on the pockets, and the strap broke as well. i thought it would last longer then expected.

Zipper broke after first time using it
Zipper broke after first time using it for class. Still used it then the other zipper broke after the third time I used it on the way to class. I had to carry it to class open. I can’t use it at all. Pretty bad
