A gorgeous Black doll with rich deep mulberry hair and a fun outfit. She's a Tall Barbie and matches Barbie Basics You Create Kit #03 in skin tone if you want a variety in her build. With the new neck pegs, it's very simple to swap heads! Mine arrived carefully packaged with a hair net around her curls, gorgeous dangle earrings and fantastic shiny black boots to go with her cute little dress. Face paint was perfectly applied and everything is great about the doll. However, if you're planning to take her hair down from the ponytail/poof at the back, you're going to have to use heat to restyle her hair or accept that the top 3rd of her hair is going to have a different texture than the rest. For real curly hair, you can just wash your hair and the curls come back, but for synthetic doll hair, you have to restyle and reheat the hair, like with boiling water. (If you use human curling irons or straighteners, you risk burning the doll hair, which is worse!) A gorgeous doll, a good value, great for kids who are old enough to not put tiny accessories in their mouths!

I bought this one for my 6yr old granddaughter when I was on sale awhile ago. If they were cheaper then I’d buy her the entire set! But at the regular price there is no way I could!! They are definitely a little pricey! But so gorgeous! She is able to make it do tons of different poses very easily! It super fun for her! Even for me! lol Seems like pretty good quality. She loves it so much that she still takes it everywhere!!! Glad I bought it! 😊

I already had one copy of this doll which I bought on Mattel Creations so I know how good she is (beautiful face!), but it was sold out when I decided to go for a second. I found her here at a good price, so I bought her. No regrets.

I'm in love with this doll!! The quality you get for $25 is insane. This is the best value barbie line out there. I wish all Barbies were like this. Her hair came wrapped in a hair net so it's quite pretty straight out of the box. I thought I was going to have to restyle it but I'm leaving it just as it is. Mattel please never stop doing barbie basics!

This new Barbie Basics Model line is so great! Being an adult doll/toy collector and customizer, the option to easily remove the head for easier body swaps for better articulation for other dolls is great! Also, each head sculpt of this doll line is beautiful, so you may need two of each bc you’ll fall in love with the dolls themselves too! I love Model #3! She’s on a tall made to move body with 22 points of articulation. Her hair is thickly rooted, which comes in a hair net. I adore her, and bought every doll in this new line!

Love this line of Barbies! Fully articulated and sturdy bodies plus great (beautiful) face mold and paint! I am particularly fond of these tall models! Btw, the tall black boots are not hard plastic but rubbery, which means they are less likely to crack at the seams like the hard plastic shies. Yay! Mattel needs to release some tall Ken dolls with fully articulated bodies.

Questa Barbie è davvero una delle più belle che abbiamo io e mia figlia 😅. È Made to Move con corpo Tall, i miei preferiti, e ha una splendida tonalità di pelle scura che valorizza i suoi lineamenti delicati e armoniosi, anche se a prima vista non emergono subito. I capelli rossi sono particolari e affascinanti, afro ma raccolti in una specie di coda bassa che inizialmente non le rendeva giustizia; li ho subito sistemati, creando una capigliatura più piena e voluminosa, degna di una bambola di questa bellezza. Come spesso accade con queste bambole, gli accessori scarseggiano. In questo caso c’erano degli orecchini carini, ma li ho sostituiti per dare più luce e risalto al viso già bellissimo. L’abitino è molto corto, semplice ma elegante, mentre gli stivali sono davvero ben fatti e curati nei dettagli. Ho personalizzato diversi elementi della bambola, cambiando vestiti e accessori a mio piacere, e il risultato è una Barbie che ora adoro ancora di più. Tuttavia, tutto il merito va alla base eccellente da cui sono partita: la qualità dei materiali e i dettagli del viso e del corpo sono davvero notevoli. Il corpo snodato, pur essendo molto flessibile e divertente da posare, risulta leggermente instabile e traballa un po’. Inizialmente pensavo di non tenerla per questo motivo, ma alla fine ci siamo affezionate subito e abbiamo deciso di lasciarla così com’è. Nel complesso, è una bambola splendida, elegante e versatile, che stimola la creatività nella personalizzazione e che regala tanta gioia a chi la possiede.
