Color options are great, PC noise is definitely a low enough volume to not be bothersome. Has been running World of Warcraft great since I first set the computer up.Update 12/20/2025- PC has been blatantly failing for around a month or so. Issues with RAM or GPU cause false boot ups that require consistent restarts to bypass. Also cannot update to Windows 11 without replacing internal parts due to deficient parts in original PC.

While it is common for products to occasionally fall short of expectations, this seller is actively misleading customers by marketing a computer that is over 12 years old as “new.”This system is not compatible with Windows 11, yet it is being sold with Windows 11 installed through an unsupported workaround. The incompatibility is not due to a single issue, but several fundamental hardware limitations, including an underpowered CPU that does not meet minimum requirements and the absence of a TPM module—standard on virtually all PCs manufactured from 2015 onward. Numerous prior reviews confirm that buyers only discover this issue once Windows 11 requires a legitimate update, which cannot be completed.The hardware is so outdated that it cannot run basic modern applications or games, such as Call of Duty, due to the lack of TPM 2.0 support. There is no legitimate solution to make this system Windows 11–compliant or to add a compatible TPM module.When I contacted the seller to ask how Windows 11 was installed and to address the TPM requirement, I did not receive clear or direct answers. Instead, I was offered a $30 credit toward a future purchase, which does not resolve the core issue.Additional details are also misleading. The PC does not include built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth; instead, extremely low-quality USB adapters are provided to compensate. Case is sharp looking. Wifi/bluetooth couldn't get to work. Had to buy an external usb adaptor for it for approximately $30. CPU is quite dated and I upgraded to a 4790s for about $30. If spent the time to build this myself I could have probably done it for about $100 less or used the extra money for a current motherboard socket. That said it looks cool, decent build quality, kid loves it and I didn't need to spend 2 hours putting it all together. If you're looking for a real gaming system then this probably isn't what you want, but if this is for a kid and they're playing esport games then you'll be just fine. With the $30 CPU upgrade able to hit 120fps on fortnight at 1080p. Can't go wrong there.

The system is crap its motherboard is cheap and does not have tpm 2.0 so it will not play any games. Plus it should not have installed windows 11 but they did a tpm bypass on it to still make it load. Overall I would not waste your money on this product. I could not return it fast enough should be a zero star but would not let me do that

I got this for my husband for iRacing. It works perfect! It was hard to find a computer that met the specifications for iRacing that was in our budget and this one works great! I have a feeling it would work great for others as well! We did upgrade the wireless internet, but that was a five dollar USB fix. Would recommend!!

The pc came packed very securely think of Will Smith crashing the car in I Robot. Foam tight. Once packing was removed and everything was plugged in the pc turned on with no problems. I logged into my Microsoft account, my google account and everything was synced up in less than 30 minutes from box to gaming. The wireless capability is sub par I am using a cat6 Ethernet cable and downloads are fast. Runs DayZ with lots of mods with no issues in the first week. Not a bad machine for the money. Can be upgraded.
