Easy on stomach vitamin!
It is a vitamin as others, however, I like the capsule itself. The outer shell just seems so much more natural. I have had issues with other vitamins that seemed to upset my stomach in the past. I have been using this product for quite a few years and love the fact that it is USA made!! You will not be disappointed.

Good quality
I really like these. They are easy to swallow. I have to take 4 pills though to get the 3000 MG my Dr told me to take. So I am taking 8 pills a day. That means the bottle won't last long. I would like to buy a bigger bottle. I think these absorb well. I feel good since I started taking these. The quality seems superior to others brands I have tried.

Clean ingredients!
I purchased this because you need vitamin C in a complex, not just the ascorbic acid part. Also, it really made me feel better when I took these after eating meat because I had pregnancy anemia. I love that there are no fillers. You can feel a difference for sure. I love the clean ingredients:)
