This faucet exceeds all expectations. It looks amazing in my kitchen. It does not drip or splash water on the counters near the handle. The sprayer is easy to use and retracts with little effort. It is easy to switch from stream to spray as well. This is a great faucet at an even better price point.

Faucet works well and looks good. It is much slimmer tubing than we expected, but once installed it looks good and seems very sturdy. The control for the faucet is on the right as I stand at the sink which is opposite of what I expect, but we adjusted to this in a couple of days.

This Hansgrohe is marginal at best. A lot of plastic parts and feel cheaply made. Disappointed in what is supposed to be a premium brand to Moen Delta and Kohler. The aerator (we are on our second which we had to replace on our own dime) whistles most of the time and is now leaking water when the spray button is pushed (leaks thru the button). Sadly, it’s junk. Going to try a Newport Brass in similar style. I was hoping to have a premium faucet as we are constantly in the kitchen.

This is a good mid-range tap, not without some quirks, but fine value compared to others that cost $1,000+ and look pretty similar. The form is long and slender, and in black it looks more expensive than it is. The detachable nozzle is metal, not plastic like most are, which seemed important to me at the time. You press the button to change from stream to spray, but it always resets to stream when you turn off the water. I had read reviews that said the paint flaked easily, and sure enough after just 2 months - argh - I saw a single pin head-sized flake in a very visible spot on the front. Now 2 years later it hasn’t grown and no others have appeared, and I’m hardly bothered at all when I see it every single time I use the sink. The tap is secured by a nut under the sink; it is plastic (why!) and worked itself loose after a year. I can’t get a wrench behind the sink so I’m resigned to removing the undersink drawing, crawling under, and tightening by fingers every year or two. Why can’t things be perfect. Finally, the mixer knob is horizontal for cold and vertical for hot - but I wish it was the opposite, as it looks better vertical but I use cold water more than hot. That seems picky and I imagine you won’t mind as much as I do.

A good quality product. I looked into the brand a bit and it appears it's a German company with this particular line having some Chinese parts. They have another line that is all German. Everything feels solid and well made. I was replacing a similar but cheaper faucet. Installation went pretty well. They have videos explaining it. Not tough, but make sure to get the order of operations right or you'll have to backtrack. I appreciate that the end of the faucet is small enough to fit inside the neck of larger bottles and smaller glasses. Both spray modes are well engineered and not sloppy or splashy. The spray mode is accomplished by an array of tiny silicone nozzles that shouldn't be too susceptible to scale. The force of the spray is higher than I had previously, but I would still have liked to boost it a bit. I took everything apart to see what kind of flow restriction it uses, and it looks like it's integrated into the part that makes the nice spray modes, The company sells this part, but not in higher GPH. The handle and spout are configurable during installation to set their direction and potential travel distance.

So disappointed with quality. Looks great but faucet handle comes loose and water stream is not very good as it splashes everywhere. Not worth the money…
