New Ryobi One+ 18v Volt Air Strike 23 Gauge Cordless Pin Nailer P318

I purchased the Ryobi cordless pin nailer and I am extremely impressed with it's performance. The cordless design makes it convent to use and allows for easy maneuverabilty. The nailer is lightweight and durable, making it great for both small and large projects. I always struggled with airhoses and dragging the air compressor around, this is much easier. The battery life is also impressive, lasting through multi[ple projects without needing to be recharged. Overall I highly recommend the Ryobi cordless pin nailer. It is a reliable and efficient tool that delivers excellent results.

Best Xmas gift I was able to give in a long time!! He absolutely loved it and had been wanting one for ever. The price was better than anywhere else also

Works great

There are certain trims that my 16 or 18 gauge cordless nailers can't touch. Those quarter round trims require more finesse brads. This Ryobi 23 gauge was such a great help on a recent fencing project. Like my other Ryobi nailer it never jammed or misfired. It's a reliable tool. Only gripe was it lacked any depth control. If my brad shot shallow I would have to use a shorter brad to compensate and vice versa.

I have yet to find a project that I did not need this item. Outstanding product

I am a cabinet maker, and need a pin nailer for assembling doors and installing crown moulding on cabinets. For those in the know about pin nailers: they jam. It's frustrating because you need an Allen wrench to clear the jam and it's really frustrating. This nailer is UNSTOPPABLE!! I literally cannot get it to jam. It will drive inch and 3/8 pins the hard way into hickory without ANY issue. I really tried hard to see what it would take to get it to jam, and even fired some of the same pins into dense exotics. So far, it's been perfect! I would buy this 100x over. The battery life is also insane, it took about 200 pins to drop 1/4 of the indicated battery level. I also really love the dry fire prevention feature! It activates when you have just a couple pins left-for extra safety I assume- and it works great. Because if it's performance, I will be buying more Ryobi cordless products without question! I should mention that I use another big name brand in the shop, and tried one of their cordless options. It was complete junk and I returned it within a week- jammed every 4 pins on soft maple. If this Ryobi Pinner jams on you somehow, it's really easy and quick to get access to the jam. ………GET ONE OF THESE!!!

This works well for my needs. It does jam every once in a while. But it is easy to clear and reset. The unit does not allow you to use the full insert of nails/pins. It locks when you get to 5-7 pins remaining. You will have to reload to use a few more pins.

Nailer works really well even on maple ,I removed the plastic tip as it sunk the nail deeper as there is no depth adjustment on this gun ,all my tools are makita so I bought adapter to be able to use my makita batteries so can't give reviews on how long the ryobi ones last ,price was factor in choosing the ryobi and I'm not disappointed in choice

This is a really nice tool. I use it all the time now and wonder how I lived without it for so long. It's very well made. So far does not misfire or jam, even with the longer pins. Very happy with this unit. I love the fact that, unlike a hammered pin, there is no kickback and so you can nail really light items easily and quickly and without the heavy impact of even a small hammer. Only one criticism, the stop gauge shown in the advert was not present. It seems it's a bit random as to whether you get this or not from Ryobi. But it's easy enough to rig up a jig where accuracy is required. I am usually a default Makita buyer, but at half the price, I would fully recommend this Ryobi.
