The product has scratches and is not working when we got it

Received it open not sealed looks like used, it was a gift and had no time to returned for that reason accepted it but not satisfied

I'm a regular customer and everytime, my order keeps coming as a beautiful surprise! I loved it! Keep it up guys 🥰

It is not clear from the photos of the watch that the flowers move as one piece constantly when the watch is not at rest. So while the watch meets expectations on the quality, look and feel, I found the constant swinging of the flower piece rather distracting. The watch came with a small pamphlet referring buyers to the Movado website for the watch warranty. However, although the watch comes with a two-year warranty, there are no authorised service centres in Singapore. This is rather disappointing.

ベルトがベタベタしないようにセラミックのものを探していました。 欲しいタイプのものが見つかったので満足しています。 難を言えば、商品説明書がなかったことです。 これで新品なのかな？とうたがわしいですが、まあ、良しとします。

買ってすぐ落としてバンドが壊れましたが、色も可愛いしバンドもすぐ修復できたので気に入りました。
